WARSAW — Friday afternoon, July 8, investigators from the Warsaw Police Department and Indiana State Police served a search warrant at Ying Massage following several months of investigation into its criminal business practices.
Ying Massage is located at 493 S. Circle Drive West on the east side of Warsaw.
The search warrant was issued for investigators to diligently search for and seize any items of evidence associated with the crimes related to corrupt business influence, evasion of tax, prostitution and promoting prostitution.
July 8 — Li-Lan Chu, 41, 493 S. Circle Drive, Warsaw, was booked for prostitution. Bond: $450 cash.
Following execution of the search warrant, Warsaw Police booked two female employees into the Kosciusko County Jail on misdemeanor charges of prostitution. Additional arrests are probable. This investigation is ongoing and additional information may be released as it becomes available.
Warsaw Police are being assisted in their investigation by the Internal Revenue Service, Indiana State Police and the Fort Wayne Police Department.
