Milford Woman Arrested On Warrant For Alleged Drug Charge

MILFORD — A Milford woman was arrested on warrants for alleged drug related charges.

Pamela S. McGreevy, 49, 13276 N. 150E, Milford, was arrested Wednesday, Jan. 6, for a level 6 felony, possession of methamphetamine; and level 6 felony, maintaining a common nuisance.

According to an affidavit of probable cause, filed Jan. 6 with Kosciusko Circuit Court, Officer Paul Heaton of the Warsaw Police Department went to the Milford residence on Nov. 18, to serve McGreevy an arrest warrant for the alleged dealing of a narcotic drug.

When Heaton arrived at the residence he was greeted by two men, as McGreevy was not present. As one of the men walked away Heaton reportedly observed the man attempting to hide an eyeglass case in his pocket. Heaton asked what the item was and the man stated that it was a smoking device. The man then proceeded to show Heaton a glass pipe with white residue. Heaton also observed a glass smoking device laying on the table.

When McGreevy arrived Heaton obtained permission from her to search the residence. In a bedroom, the officers reportedly found a plastic bag containing a white residue. The residue tested positive for methamphetamine.

In the shed they found a plastic bag that containing a crystal-like substance that also tested positive for methamphetamine. According to the affidavit, McGreevy admitted that the methamphetamine belonged to her.

A few months prior, on April 17, it had been arranged to purchase methamphetamine from McGreevy at the Milford address.

McGreevy is being held on a $20,000 surety bond with a $250 cash bond.
